Support in every stage of your nursing journey!

Where community meets emotional wellness. We help nurses heal from burnout, gain valuable resources, and create an environment of support & care reminding you that you are not alone.

  • Our mission is to encourage & equip nurses with the resources and support to thrive at and away from the bedside.

Our goal is to help nurses stay in the profession and stay well as we provide them with resources, community and support in every stage of their nursing journey!

  • Through events like conference, workshops, peer groups, nurse connection events, & crisis support!

We provide nurses with a space to be in community, learn from impactful speakers, obtain CEs, and be celebrated through physical gifts of gratitude.

  • As a nurse, we invite you to do attend any of our events!

As a member of the community, we are a 501c3 nonprofit raising every penny given to pouring back into the nursing community. Come along with us!

You pour out everyday - we are here to pour into you!

Because we all know, we can’t pour from an empty cup. But how many of us actually practice that? How many of us actually know how?

It is time to start doing it differently.

Burnout, toxicity and loneliness NO MORE! We focus on empowering you with unmatched resources, serving you endlessly through providing your basic needs and surrounding you with like minded nurses ready to walk alongside you in your nursing journey!

Are you ready for unmatched support, resources & community?

Let’s dive in…

  • Crisis Support

We are here for you! If your unit or you personally are experiencing a lonely time, reach out. We aren’t meant to do life alone, especially the hard stuff.

We can deliver food or gifts to your unit, deliver flowers or a meal to your front door, or cover a debriefing session.

  • Community Outreach

We had the opportunity to take a team to SWFL in 2024 to support the nurses that were affected by the recent Hurricanes.

We offered debriefing support and delivered gifts of gratitude.

We plan to do another outreach in 2025! Stay tuned for more details!

Meet Courtney Kindrew

Nurse, Founder, Mom & Wife

Passionate about caring for others, I had my “pop-eye” moment when I looked around and realized my fellow nurse friends were struggling - and I knew I could help!

After experiencing burnout as a nurse, I realized firsthand how powerful the impact of community is. I went from isolated, stagnant and burnout to connected, full of resources to grow, and learned how to prioritize my emotional wellbeing. I help nurses do the same through providing spaces were experts can pour into them, community can support them and they can feel an overwhelming sense of how wildly appreciated they are!

Courtney has spoken at multiple events & was a guest on a few podcasts! Take a listen to hear more from the founder on the heart behind Rekindled Nurse!
