Trauma Informed Group Session
In light of the tragedy at UPMC Memorial on February 22nd, we wanted to offer a time to come together, learn, process and gain support.
Join us Wednesday March 5th for a trauma debriefing session lead by therapist, Meagan Good MA, LPC who will spend time educating us on trauma coping and supporting ourselves and others in trauma. We will than break out into small groups to discuss and process with a trauma facilitator.
This session is not a request to relive your trauma. This will focus on allowing you to experience being heard and help to recover a sense of safety and support while educating you with ways to cope and support others.
When // Wednesday March 5th at 6pm-8pm
Where // CityView Church 1655 Roosevelt Ave, York PA 17408 (directly across from UPMC Memorial)
Who // ALL healthcare workers (those affected directly and indirectly are encouraged to come!)
How much // FREE thanks to your community :)
