Rekindled Nurse focuses to serve these nurses through:

• Nurses can attend our events that educate & equip them while providing them with a supportive community 

• Through our Nurse Led Peer Groups they foster personal and professional growth through peer support, group conversations, dynamic speakers and self discovery. 

• We offer Crisis support for nurses and nursing units that are faced with tragedy within their units or personal lives. We care for them through food, finacial and debriefing resource support

• Encouraging them to utilize food as fuel for their busy shifts as we drop off meals to hospital units throughout Lancaster County

• Equipping nurses to implement peer level support by developing a network of accountability among nursing peers
